Refund policy
Note: we do not offer immediate refunds following the cancellation of the order due to second thoughts on the purchase, as as soon as received we will send it immediately via Logistics . To make use of the refund, the return must be made following the instructions of the Guarantee required by law on afterthought within 14 days, or following the instructions of our 90-day guarantee.
(Below is the statutory refund policy of 14 days. At the bottom of the page the 90-day warranty policy).
In the following specifications with the term "customer" reference is made to the final customer (natural or legal person who purchases for himself or for others, but in any case not for the resale or distribution of the products).
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products that do not comply with the requirements are delivered, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty by following the instructions below:
a) The request for withdrawal and the return of the product must be made within 14 days from the arrival of the goods, or other time window indicated at the time of the order (the tracking of the courier with whom Luxury Confidence sends the products to the address provided by the customer).
b) Luxury Confidence will refund the full cost of the products returned by the customer and the initial shipping costs incurred. The products must be: unworn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative tags and / or original labels and the relative receipt / payment note / invoice. The packaging must still be wrapped in its protective plastic, if the product foresees it, such as the "Venere" blackhead aspirator.
We will not accept returns without it, in as this is the only way to guarantee that the product has never come into contact with the skin and can therefore be resold without risk.
c) The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to info@luxuryconfidence.com
e) Returns will be accepted only if confirmed by Luxury Confidence .
g) Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase. If the payment method is cash on delivery, the customer will provide the IBAN of a bank account or a PayPal account to which the refund can be made.
h) Luxury Confidence will undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of return of the product. The actual refund to the customer's account may be delayed, depending on the bank timing or payment service provider.
i) The additional shipping costs chosen by the customer (e.g. cash on delivery or delivery to the floor / by appointment) are not will be refunded. The cost of standard shipping will be refunded, if charged.
i) The costs of returning the products are charged to the Customer . The customer is responsible for the good or goods subject to withdrawal during the period of redelivery for eventualities such as theft, damage or loss, and is therefore invited to prefer - in his own interest and where he deems it appropriate - a type of traceable and insured shipping .
l) The right of withdrawal is not provided for professionals, companies and VAT numbers (reseller kits and single products for which an invoice has been requested).
No returns are accepted if the product in question is a customized version.
If you have met all the required conditions, Luxury Confidence will refund you the full price of the products purchased, excluding ancillary shipping costs (eg.cash on delivery or delivery to the floor / by appointment) The standard shipping cost will be refunded, if charged.
On the contrary, you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment Luxury Confidence reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
If the return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The sending will be charged to the customer.

The return period can be extended if indicated on the purchase receipt, for example if you have included an additional guarantee. (The 90-day guarantee is excluded, as this provides for different rules, explained in the following chapters)
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
Non-returnable products / exceptions
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or customized items) and products for personal care (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacements
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item .
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and verified and will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Remember that your bank or credit card may take some time to process and your refund to be registered.
The refund includes only and exclusively the product. Tips, vouchers, coupons, additional guarantees will NOT be refunded.

Once we have received and verified your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days (if you have paid on delivery, we will refund on Paypal or Iban).

If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
- 90 DAY WARRANTY -
This warranty refers to the 90 day warranty indicated on this site. Depending on the page it may have different names "90 day guarantee", "90 day results or money back", etc. However, 90 days will always be indicated.
Any Warranty on our site indicating 90 days is part of the Warranty described in this article, and therefore follows the rules described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be contained in the original packaging.
It must not be more than 90 days after the date of the order, under penalty of loss of the right to refund.
TERMS FOR REFUND / RETURN REQUEST:
Please read the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions apply to any product that qualifies for the "90 Day Money Back Guarantee" or other warranty with "90 days" as its term. The "Venere" blackhead aspirator will be used as an example, but the warranty is also valid for other products if indicated on the product page.
For the "Venere" blackhead aspirator, it will be necessary demonstrate that blackheads have not decreased after 8 treatments, in the nose and chin area. It will therefore be necessary to have clear and zoomed photos of the presence of black points in these two areas.
Here are the rules:
- Try our product for at least 60 days and no more than 90 days ;
- You must have completed at least 8/24 treatments and take a photo of the treated area before and after each treatment (obligatorily: nose and chin. They must be zoomed and clear photos, because it is necessary to see the presence of black points;
- If there is no reduction of black points in the area send 16 (before and after 8 treatments) photos at info @ luxuryconfidence.com ;
- To take advantage of the guarantee, no more than 90 days must have passed since the order.
- The images sent must have Date and Time of Treatment clearly visible in the photo;
- If you do not respect our conditions we will not be able to issue a refund. Incomplete applications cannot be refunded;
- If successful, we will explain how to proceed.
We are free to (reasonably) refuse the refund if we are not satisfied with the evidence provided.
If the product is purchased despite having been written by us on our site, on our social networks, via email or any other channel that may not be effective due to the type of skin or any other reason indicated by us, it will not be possible to obtain the refund.
The shipping costs of the refund and the process itself are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not offer refunds for those who have not tried our device for at least 60 days and have provided enough evidence to prove it is ineffective on their skin

The determining factor of the results is the frequency of use of the device so try to be constant and to complete the treatment for the recommended period of time. The inconsistency will greatly affect the results.
